What does Boots & Bottles provide?

We provide a unique and fun customized event using our Boots and Bottles mobile serving trailer, plastic drinkware, napkins, straws, garnished, juices/mixers for agreed upon cocktails, ice, two servers, and so much more. Just ask we will do our best to make it happen!

Do you provide the alcohol? 

No. Unfortunately, in PA we are unable to sell alcohol. No problem though! After a consult we will send an alcohol shopping list with the event contract. We will also plan a day and time to pick up the alcohol a few days before the event to have it ready to go!

Are you insured? 

Yes! We have general and liquor liability insurance.

How far will Boots & Bottles travel?

Included in all packages are 30 miles round trip. We charge $1.00 per each additional mile.

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit as well as a signed contract in order to hold your date. The final payment  is due 14 days prior to event date.  If the event needs to be cancelled by Boots & Bottles for any reason, only the final payment will be refunded. If the client cancels after the final payment, Boots & Bottles reserves the right to refuse a refund.

How do you power the trailer? 

We will need access to a power source (three-prong) within 100 ft. If there is no power source within 100 ft, we can provide a generator to run our electricity for an additional $50.

How much space is needed to pull in the trailer?

The trailer is almost 18 feet long and we will need additional space for the truck to park the trailer. 

Do we have to choose cocktails from your menu?

No. We're happy to chat about a specific cocktail in mind that is not listed on our menu! You provide the alcohol and we'll bring the rest!

How much alcohol will I need?

Check out our alcohol estimator linked above for help! We will also send an alcohol shopping list with the contract once am event is booked. This will have the suggested amounts of alcohol to purchase. Brands of alcohol are up to you!

What if I need help choosing cocktails or want a signature cocktail name? 

We'd love to help! Tell us more about the event and we'll help plan the perfect menu to match! Have personalized cocktail names? Let us know and we'll use them for the menu board!

Do you only serve alcoholic beverages?
No! We can create a mocktail menu suitable for your event. We also have fun themed menus including hot cocoa and smores!

What happens with any leftover alcohol?

Any partially or unopened alcohol will be immediately returned to the client at the end of the event.
